During my 35-year quest for justice for my sister, I have contacted police departments with information I believe was pertinent; though I didn't have the true identities of a couple of people until the year 2021.

When presented with the so-called person in charge of cold case homicide, you can just hear the discontent and disregard in his responses to me.

"People die every day, we can't focus only on your sister's case"

"My boss isn't going to allow me to look into this case right now I do

apologize, but if you want you can keep bugging me in the future like you've been doing."

In actuality, Detective Hamill is only in charge of cold-case homicides.

He then went on to get a case much older - 20 years - than my sisters solved, when both the assailant and victim were already deceased.

Maybe it was about the photo op in the newspaper and the several articles about the detective on March 15, 2024 (WTNH).

I have been nothing but polite and patient with all of the police departments I've been in contact with and did not ask for Gabby Petito's or Jennifer Dulos' (may those women rest in peace) treatment in my sister's case. However, I could've never imagined the total disregard I've been treated with, not to mention being vocally threatened.
