My name is Michael Parreno, and I am the brother of Maria Parreno aka India. Her homicide occurred on September 1, 1989. Since then, I've learned the names of the perpetrators that I believe were involved and confirmed their identities three years ago. I am in need of anyone who lived in the Hartford Connecticut area from 1985 - 1995 who may have known my sister or myself, and who can identify the person in the photo who is known as Robin. Her true identity is known. Refer to the photo below for both then and now. She frequented Park Street and Kibbe Street. She would have been in the company of a male companion known as Joel. He is 5'7'', has long curly black hair, and a thin build. Not to be confused with the person pictured on the motorcycle with my sister, known as Maddog. He is 5'8'', with a medium build, age range 63-65. I would like to find this person's true identity and his whereabouts.
